EITS played an excellent show, as expected. And it wasn't rained out either. Sure, the bass was trimmed down a bit, as not to carry from Summer Stage through Central Park and into the Homes of The Elite, but what can you do?

They closed with one of my favorites, The Only Moment We Were Alone from The Earth Is Not A Cold Dead Place, which I'm amazed is already 6 years old.

A word about Summer Stage -- there is food and drink, but no ATMs, so if you're a dumbass and roll up without cash, then you are screwed.

I'm not saying that happened to me and my man, I'm just saying. Can you imagine only have $9.50 between the both of you? That's good for one $7.00 beer, and you'd have to gayly share it. You'd be so desperate that you'd have to try to email the account guy that you work with, who you spotted entering the show, and hit him up for cash. Man, I'm glad we weren't those guys.
